Melbourne Diaries- Part III

Day 6,7,8

Considering it's supposed to be dooms day today, I have to do a blog post today as a goodbye for if that lighting strikes me! The only positive aspect I can possibly see out of this is that at least I had my much needed vacation!

So let me tell you the latest in Melbourne central. The last few days have been as busy as they were relaxing. We went to St. Kilda in Melbourne on a nice sunny day! The weather was perfect and the beach was fabulous. We had a nice breakfast meal and some gelati at 7apples followed by much needed relaxation by the beach accompanied with beer and wine. St.Kilda is a beautiful place and the day was perfect!

The day after, I was introduced to the Suzuki night market at Queen Victoria Market in downtown Melbourne. This place was unlike anything I have seen. It was a flea market but on a much larger scale and the place was eclectic and filled with culture. There was food and artecrafts from all over the world and I got to see a mix of all kinds of people around me. It was a great experience!

These were the highlights from the last few days. Apart from this there has been a lot of food, a lot of shopping, and a lot of fun! Todays schedule involves night shopping! Updates on that soon! (If I survive)
